Our probate inventory service is available across the Isle of Wight and provides a detailed list of items present in a person's property after they pass away. We understand following the death of a relative can be a very difficult period for you and your family. Compiling a list of items in a property can be difficult and emotional process. We take great care when compiling probate inventories to ensure all items are left in their current condition and location within the property.

Our inventories are separated by rooms in the property, detailing every item in each area. The reports are accompanied by high-res photos of each asset. Once complete, the reports are provided by a link sent on email and can be downloaded in PDF format and also emailed to all required recipients including family members and probate solicitors.
