Silver Arch Property Solutions, formerly Valerien Property Services, was started in mid 2022 on the Isle of Wight to help agents, landlords, developers and housing providers access key and specialist services under one roof.

After initially offering energy performance certificates and inventory clerk services, the company continued to invest in the development of new services including PAT testing, legionella risk assessments, floorplans and vacant property checks. 

 

The company works with a number of stablished Island and Mainland based companies and national holiday let providers as preferred suppliers of services. In July 2023, the company changed its name from Valerien Property Services to Silver Arch Property Solutions as part of a move towards expanding its reach of services to Hampshire amid a growing customer base and increased demand for its services.

In January 2024, the company formally launched Silver Arch Holiday Let Solutions, a arm of the company dedicated to the holiday let sector. New services were introduced including cleaning services, changeover, meet and greet, out of hours contact and welcome packs. 

​

In March 2024, the Silver Arch Property Solutions further expanded its range of services by offering end of tenancy cleans to letting agents. 

​

Silver Arch Property Solutions now offers many of its services to the Hampshire area including EPCs and floorplans. 

 

Part of the company ethos is also to help customers if they need other services that we do not offer directly, such as gardening, decorating, cleaning etc - just ask us and we'll do our best to help you.
