Fire Safety Risk Assessments

We are pleased to offer fire safety risk assessments on the Isle of Wight for holiday let owners. Our Isle of Wight fire safety risk assessments involve a detailed survey and review of your premises.
The risk assessments are non-invasive and, where appropriate, provide recommendations to ensure compliance with Article 9 of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 which requires a fire safety risk assessment to be carried out.​
Holiday Lets Fire Safety Risk Assessments​
Under UK law, holiday let owners must have a valid fire safety risk assessment per property.
Owners are required to ensure their premises meet legal requirements before letting out their holiday lets, and these should be reviewed regularly, recommended to be yearly.
